GLUTEN FREE GARDEN

The Kampong is quite the beautiful tropical garden located in Coconut Grove. I met Laura a year before her wedding date and although it was always planned to have a two tiered buttercream cake, we ultimately added a bit more style to it by making the base a double barrel. We layered this beautiful gluten free chocolate cake with raspberry preserves, delish! This technique is a trendy way of adding more height while not necessarily going bigger. Add florals by my sweet friend and edgy floral designer Veronica from Anyhology Co. and it's a perfect wedding cake.

The beautiful blush macarons served as favors for wedding guests. We were fortunate enough to work with a great team including Roxanne of Persnickity Events and Becca Borge Photograohy. Her gorgeous images can be seen featured on Elizabeth Anne Designs.
